Matthew 14:26-30

When the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost!” they said, and cried out in fear. Immediately Jesus spoke to them. “Have courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”
“Lord, if it’s You,” Peter answered Him, “command me to come to You on the water.” “Come!” He said. And climbing out of the boat, Peter started walking on the water and came toward Jesus.
But when he saw the strength of the wind, he was afraid. And beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord, save me! ”
Matthew 14:26-30 HCSB

When Jesus walked on the sea, He demonstrated His power and showed His Disciples that all things were beneath Him.
When Jesus commanded Peter to come to Him, Peter had faith in the full power of God and was able to walk on the water through the strength that faith gave him.
When Peter started to think the ways of the earth were stronger than God, Peters faith faltered and he gave away the strength Jesus had given him; but with his cry for help, the Lord saved him, and then rebuked him for his faltering faith.
With faith in God ALL things are possible. We must remove the blinders of our own minds and truly believe in the power of God. God created the heavens, the earth, and all things in and around it; our issues are nothing for Him.

Have faith and walk to Jesus; He is calling you!
